What is Agent 99?
The Chibitek Labs AI-native operations platform for SRE and DevOps: signal ingestion, incident correlation, observability, and a governed AI agent fleet — in one place, behind one identity.
Does AI take actions on its own?
No. Agents start in shadow mode (observe only). Promoted agents create risk-scored proposals in the Approval Queue; a human approves before anything executes. Executed actions are bounded and reversible, and every step lands in an append-only ledger.
How does correlation reduce noise?
Signals sharing a service and fingerprint within a 24-hour window fold into one incident, escalating its severity if needed. A monitor that flaps ten times is one incident, not ten pages.
How do I send data in?
Three ways: the HMAC-signed ingest webhook (signals + metrics batches), the authenticated signals API, and HTTP/metric monitors that Agent 99 evaluates for you every 5 minutes. The Chibitek SIEM forwards normalized vendor alerts automatically.
What identity does it use?
Chibitek Stiki SSO — Google or Microsoft — with RS256 JWTs and per-platform grants. There are no local accounts or passwords.
Is my data isolated from other tenants?
Yes — per-client databases resolved only from your signed organization claim, with row-level security inside each database. An unmapped organization fails closed.
Can I undo a mistake?
Yes. Any status change can be reverted with Reopen; assignments can be cleared. The timeline keeps both the mistake and the correction — nothing is erased.
Is there an API and CLI?
Yes: scoped personal access tokens (read/write, bcrypt-hashed), outbound HMAC-signed webhooks, and the agent99 CLI covering incidents, signals, agents, approvals, monitors, SLOs, and MTTR.
